At Reminisscent, each bottle we create carries more than fragrance—it holds presence, memory, and love. Here’s how we bring that story to life:

1. Scent Preservation Kit

What’s Included:

• A pre-paid, branded mailer box

• A scent-seal Mylar pouch to protect your item

• Step-by-step instructions for proper preservation

• A personal intake form to share your loved one’s story

Purpose:
To safely collect a scent-infused item—such as a worn hoodie, pillowcase, or scarf—and begin the transformation from memory to mist.

2. VOC Analysis & Scent Profiling

We analyze your sample using headspace gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This advanced technique identifies the precise volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released from the fabric—these compounds are what give your loved one’s item its unique scent signature.
This scientific fingerprint becomes the foundation of the recreation process.

3. Custom Fragrance Recreation

Your scent profile is then interpreted by a master perfumer who formulates a single-batch, bespoke fragrance.
We do not use generic templates. Every formula is handcrafted using a blend of natural and safe synthetic aroma materials, with the sole intention of honoring the essence of your loved one.
You may even include scent memory cues—like “fresh laundry,” “leather chair,” or “warm skin”—to help guide the recreation more deeply.

4. Memory Mist Bottling

The finished scent is bottled as a 30ml fine mist, delivered in elegant, minimalist packaging.
Each bottle can be custom-labeled with your loved one’s name, a meaningful title (“Dad’s Hoodie,” “Her Pillow”), or a personal note of your choosing.
The mist can be sprayed into a room, onto fabric, or simply held and inhaled during moments of remembrance.
